Shipping

All orders are shipped fedex ground or usps ground, unless other  shipping is requested. If desired please ask for expedited shipping or specific shipping instructions for your order.

Shipping costs for orders abroad have gone up sadly in past couple of months (we learned this during our kickstarter mailouts!) . Shipping prices for International shipping is based off of size, weight and location. 

Payment

Opening orders must be prepaid by credit card (visa, mc, AMEx) Since we are a small business we cannot open credit accounts or accept cash/checks. we are sorry for the inconvenience!

Backorders

Out of stock items with a total of $50 or more on a single order will be held until ready to ship. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

No returns will be accepted without prior approval and a return receipt. 

Please notify us if items are not properly shipped! We will take care of this within 10 days. All returns must be made within 30 days and we cannot accept returns on discontinued or sale items. 

Damaged items

if items are damaged please notify us within 10 days and also provide a picture if possible with details. Items will be replaced within 5 business days. 

Processing Time

We hope to get all orders promptly out and our turnaround time as of now is 7 business days. if you need your order quickly please let us know and also indicated what type of shipping service you would like. 

orders over $100 may require a rush fee of $10 that will be added to our order.

expedited shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
